Moody.

As the creative director of Aagenda, I’ve became known for my concept-driven approach to design, fusing the lines between art and fashion. Inspired by Le poodle’s latest single “How You Feel?” I was able to curate a visual exhibit to tie together music and fashion. A stunning interplay between contemporary and avant-garde fashion that reimagines the body. Aagenda is known for embracing the imperfect perfections of ones self. This collection is called, “Moody.” which reinforces the narrative of things that are outlying; which I can definitely say my emotions were at the start of this collection.

Trying to create while feeling displaced in your own space and mind is a challenge known by many. I was going through the motions behind the scenes of trying to execute my vision and in every story, the moment when I had lost hope, I remembered I wasn’t alone and there are so many others going through the motions just as I was. I began to become re-inspired by the idea of collective confusion and this saying my friends and I have been saying the last few months “Life just be living” has hilariously become one of my new favorite mottos. I don’t think i’ve even realized up until just now how in tune this project has been with my life…through creating the visuals and rollout for this song somehow “how you feel?” became a frequent question I was asking myself. A passive emotion I was experiencing through creation the whole time.

Take an exclusive first look at some of the shots for our new pieces. I’m excited to continue taking my time with creating art that’ll have longevity, no matter the challenges to come.

“Sometimes you kinda lose yourself in the process and have to scramble around till you find a way through.”

Luckily, I got the chance to dive into Le.Poodle’s behind the scenes with her meaning behind creating this project

(I think it’s safe to say, we collaborated right on time)

“Trying to figure out being an artist in this industry has it’s set of pressures and difficulties. Sometimes you kinda lose yourself in the process and have to scramble around till you find a way through. That’s been my experience with this process. Life is very much a song. A song perceived differently by everyone. Sometimes you’re just making songs for no reason, ‘wasting time’ if you will, but sometimes you’re really grasping for a metaphorical platform that uses various modes of expression to to ground oneself. Shits wild.”
